Refund policy

Return Conditions: You may return products purchased from Bioloja3.pt within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Perishable or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide the necessary instructions and a return label, if applicable. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue the refund within 7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. If there are signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
