Description
For greater care of your heart
Therapeutic Indications:
The action of Omega 3 Fatty Acids enhanced with Natural Antioxidants.
Resveratrol is a polyphenol that can be found mainly in the skin of black grape seeds and in red wine. It is an important antioxidant especially interesting in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, as several studies indicate that:
By promoting an increase in plasma Adenosine levels, it becomes a protective factor against chronic ischemia;
It inhibits the peroxidation of LDL, a determining risk factor in the development of cardiovascular diseases;
It reduces platelet aggregation, promoting the maintenance of a healthy cardiovascular system.
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), ubidecarenone, is an isoprenoid compound that acts in the oxidation of nutrients to produce ATP (a form of energy through which the cell carries out its activities). Cells that require a greater energy supply have more mitochondria than others, such as heart, muscle, and liver cells.
ATP production is a very important step in the performance of skeletal and cardiac muscle function. The decrease in CoQ10 results in a reduction in oxidative phosphorylation, necessary for the normal process of cellular respiration.
Studies indicate that CoQ10 is useful in:
Antioxidant for cell membranes and LDL (whose peroxidation is a determining risk factor in the development of cardiovascular diseases).
In situations of energy deficiency.
Protector of cardiac tissue, favoring circulation and immunity.
