Ingredients:
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, L-proline, L-lysine, L-cysteine, L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, zinc oxide, retinyl acetate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, sodium selenite, D-biotin.
Does not contain: Sugar, Starch, Lactose or Gluten.
Dosage and Administration:
Take 1 tablet twice a day, preferably after meals.
