Glucosamine Sulfate - 1500mg;
Chondroitin Sulfate - 1200mg;
MSM - 100mg;
Harpago Extract - 100mg;
White Willow Extract - 100mg;
Vitamin C - 80mg (100% NRV*).

Dosage and Administration:
Take 1 sachet per day, preferably after breakfast. It should be dissolved in a glass of water or fruit juice.
