MICO NEO NGF is obtained from pure extracts of organically produced mushrooms, free of maltodextrins and allergens. In a gastro-resistant vegetable capsule, which protects the active ingredients of mushrooms and plants from the acidic environment of the stomach, and improves their bioavailability, thanks to microgranules, an advanced galenic technology that optimizes, protects and regulates the release of active ingredients. In the development and production of this supplement, we use organic Vitamin C, obtained from the Camu-Camu (Myrciaria dubia) plant species, on the outer part of the microgranule (coating). After ingesting the microgranule, vitamin C is immediately released, preceding the active ingredients of the mushrooms, in order to promote the absorption of polysaccharides, thus optimizing their physiological action.
Bacopa (Bacopa Monnieri), a herbaceous plant native to wetlands, originated in the marshy areas of Southeast Asia. In Ayurvedic medicine, this botanical species has been traditionally used to stimulate memory, cognitive ability and mental health, thanks to the presence of triterpenoid saponins derived from the damarane nucleus, called Bacosides. These active ingredients improve cerebral synaptic transmission, enhancing long-term memory and learning ability. Several studies have demonstrated the ability to reduce beta-amyloid deposits. The formation of these peptides in the brain produces mitochondrial dysfunction that releases hydrogen peroxide, which is converted into highly reactive hydroxyl radicals, thus inducing oxidative stress, responsible for neuronal damage. Bacopa increases the survival capacity of cells affected by beta-amyloids, which allows us to state that these active ingredients can prevent neuronal damage in Alzheimer's patients. Bacopa indirectly favors the increase of acetylcholine release, due to its regulatory capacity of the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) enzyme activity.
Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a rare mushroom, considered a delicacy. It grows on very old, but still living, chestnut, oak, beech and walnut trees. It grows on the trunks at a height of 3 to 4 meters. The name derives from the shape of its fruiting body, similar to a Lion's Mane. Its neurogenic action is based on both its myelin regeneration capacity and its content of Hericenones GH and Erinacins A-1, which have been shown to have the ability to regenerate new synapses, since they act as potentiating agents of the body's natural NGF (Nerve Growth Factor). Lion's Mane extract promotes not only neuronal stability, but also the normal development of brain cells, showing, in turn, a regulatory effect on the process of myelin genesis in in vitro processes.
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a mushroom considered in the East as the "mushroom of immortality" and its use has been documented in China for several centuries before Christ. It is an adaptogenic mushroom, capable of exerting a general stimulus on the body and acting as an anti-senescence support; it is recognized as one of the 10 most effective natural substances in these cases. It is an anti-senescence mushroom par excellence. Its great antioxidant capacity contributes to reducing harmful concentrations of free radicals, as well as controlling inflammatory responses.
Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) is a parasitic fungus of a lepidopteran native to Tibet, where it grows at an altitude of 5,000 meters. In oriental Tibetan tradition, it is considered a potent kidney tonic, the center of our vital energy. It is considered the mushroom that, par excellence, tones the kidney's QI, calms the mind and invigorates the body. Rich in adenosine, Cordyceps increases cellular energy and brain oxygenation, acting as a powerful antioxidant.

Dry extract of Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri) standardized to 20% Bacosides A and B - 100mg;
Organic Lion's Mane dry extract (Hericium erinaceus) standardized to 20% polysaccharides - 80mg;
Organic Reishi dry extract (Ganoderma lucidum) standardized to 30% polysaccharides (20% beta-glucans) and 5% triterpenes (expressed as ganoderic acids) - 70mg;
Organic Cordyceps dry extract (Cordyceps sinensis) standardized to 30% polysaccharides, 0.3% cordycepin and 1% adenosine - 60mg;
Camu-Camu extract (Myrciaria dubia) standardized to 50% Vitamin C - 24mg.
Dosage and Administration:
