Directions for Use:
Adults and children over 12 years: Take up to 4 capsules daily, with food.
Children 3-11 years: Take 1-2 capsules daily, with food.
When taking antibiotics or travelling: Take 4 capsules daily. Continue for 2 weeks after antibiotic treatment has finished and 1 week after returning from travel.
