Description
There are three branched-chain amino acids, also called BCAAs: Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. They are essential amino acids that our body cannot synthesize on its own, so it is necessary to incorporate them into our diet. In certain situations, such as intense exercise, our body breaks down amino acids that are part of muscle proteins. For this reason, and in this situation, the consumption of branched-chain amino acids is beneficial. Following the recommendations of the latest published studies, we include a BCAA ratio of 8:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine, respectively), with a higher amount of L-Leucine than the traditionally used ratio of 2:1:1.
The formula is reinforced with L-Glutamine.
AMINO ACID RATIO 8:1:1
The most commonly used ratio has always been 2:1:1, as it is the closest to the BCAA ratios in animal protein. However, in recent years, L-Leucine has become the star amino acid, and therefore, the use of BCAA supplements with higher Leucine content is spreading. Taking into account this change in trend, we have increased the amount of Leucine, reaching a ratio of 8:1:1.

How to use
For strength training: Consume 10 grams (2 scoops) after training.
For long-distance training: Consume 10 grams (2 scoops) divided into two doses, 5 grams 30 minutes before training and 5 grams after training.
*One level scoop corresponds to 5 g. Can be taken simultaneously with our protein shake.
