Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin necessary for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and for the metabolic utilisation of fats and proteins.
Additionally, this vitamin is also essential for DNA synthesis during cell division and, therefore, is especially important for the rapid multiplication of cells, such as blood cells. Furthermore, adequate intake of vitamin B-12, along with folic acid and vitamin B6, promotes healthy serum homocysteine levels, thus supporting cardiovascular health.
Ingredients:
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin); Fructose; Sorbitol; Cellulose; Stearic Acid (vegetable source); Citric Acid; Natural Flavours; Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Does not contain: Salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg or shellfish.
Dosage and Administration:
Take 1 lozenge, 1 to 2 times a day. Chew or let dissolve in the mouth, then swallow.
